Yesterday I had a rough day at work and on the home front. Where we live is truly a blessing with the view we have I must say. I always take snapshots of it but never sit and enjoy the view.
Yesterday was that breaking point. I came in our home, took the Calvin and Hobbes book I checked out from our local library, went on the boardwalk, sat down and read, reflected, and just enjoyed the view. I even left my phone in the house. I just enjoyed the sound of the waves, the ducks, the children laughter, and my own laughter as I read one of my favorite comicstrips for the next hour. ^_^
